Shipping costs are dependant on the product purchased as well as your shipping destination. If free shipping is not available for you, the shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

All orders include tracked shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.


Delays

While we operate with strict fulfilment standards, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs processing

Unfortunately, these factors are outside of our control.


Returns & Refunds

Return Window

Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return conditions.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers bear the responsibility for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Do not return the item

  • Contact us immediately with clear evidence

A replacement will be issued free of charge.
