Estimated Delivery Times

Most Ji Martial Arts orders arrive within 3–8 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs processing (where applicable), and courier networks, but we always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. 

All customs duties are included in your price, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Worldwide Shipping

Ji Martial Arts proudly ships to most countries around the world.

Shipping is free to most countries. A flat £9.99 applies to Oceania (including Australia and New Zealand), Mexico, the French Southern Territories, and South Georgia & the South Sandwich Islands.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before being dispatched.

During peak periods, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll keep you informed.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

To track your order, click "TRACK YOUR ORDER" on our website and input the order details it requires. From there, you will be able to view any shipping updates/information.
