SAFETY FIRST
JI RESISTANCE BAND
Please read this before purchasing and before first use.
Your Ji Resistance Band is built tough, but like all resistance bands, it can wear over time. Follow these every session:
Check it before every use. Look for fraying or damage to the cords, and make sure every carabiner’s screw lock is closed and every strap is secure. If anything is damaged, stop and replace it.
Anchor it securely. Use a solid, smooth anchor point that can’t move, and make sure the band can’t slip off. Never anchor to anything sharp or rough, and never at head height.
Don’t overstretch. Use moderate tension only, and never stretch the band as far as it will go.
Protect your face. Position yourself so the band can’t hit your face or eyes if it slips or breaks.
Store it properly. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat and sharp objects.
Age. Not suitable for under-12s. Children aged 12 must be supervised by an adult.
Know your limits. Stop if you feel pain, as opposed to normal muscle soreness. Speak to a doctor before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have an injury or medical condition.
Latex warning. Contains natural latex. Do not use if you have a latex allergy.
Injuries caused by misuse, damage, or not following these instructions are the user’s responsibility.
